I had the opportunity to work with an incredible group of members and people every single day. Identifying the areas of opportunities for the Contact Centre sector of the Province and working towards the challenge of removing barriers and educating our members and public on the results. Prior to Covid our last Contact Atlantic in Moncton NB was extremely successful. I had the opportunity to present on Customer Service and Mental Health in the Workplace Strategies. Two areas I have enjoyed learning more and more about and speaking to the public on how to lead better. When Covid came I worked hard to be a liaison between the government and our sector, letting our sector know what regulations and guidelines needed to be followed. Then assisting our membership in transitioning through the changes by hosting weekly webinars and best practice sessions. In the past two years I managed to increase memberships for the association by 30% and increased partner memberships by 138%. We were growing and getting stronger...then along comes Covid...we had to cancel 2 Contact Atlantic Conferences and our only real source of revenue for my position. I am proud to have left behind a successful and succeeding organization, they'll continue to be there for the members and those that love the Contact Centre Industry here in NB. Show less
