Manage a lessons learned session if BC is greater than 60 minutes and work with the team to optimize the next one.

Collaborate closely with warehouse management, security personnel, and cross-functional teams to proactively address security issues within the manufacturing facility. Safeguard the integrity, assets, and welfare of the site. Maintain open channels of communication to promptly report security risks or vulnerabilities to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the development of risk assessment strategies and assist in formulating responses to identified risks in coordination with management. Uphold the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, containers, and packages to detect signs of tampering or suspicious items, authorizing entry or exit accordingly. Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff on security procedures and protocols to ensure comprehensive security measures are consistently enforced.
