Jason Dupre serves as Division Vice President for Austin, TX based, physician practice, Epiphany Dermatology, overseeing their Texas and Oklahoma operations. He also helps facilitate Epiphany’s external growth strategy via mergers, acquisitions, and de novo development of dermatology physician practices. Prior to joining Epiphany, Jason served as Vice-President – Mergers & Acquisitions at BCMS North America where he successfully completed deals in a wide variety of industries including: business services, insurance, business intelligence, utilities, engineering, distribution, oil and gas, industrial, and healthcare. Jason began his career as an associate with ValueScope, Inc., where he worked closely with public and private companies assisting in reporting services including fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, expert witness testimony of economic damages and transactional advisory services. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Jason earned his MBA from Texas Christian University and his B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University.
