I liaise with various internal and 3rd party support agencies and balance their access to the inmates along with family and legal visits. I verify access levels and provide proper credentials for vendor and other professional visits into the Maguire facility. I am the primary point of contact for the public in both in-person and phone requests for information regarding Jail & Court processes. I help to maintain the Emergency Protective Order index and other public information logs. I process and print out inmate roster reports and cross reference it with EPO and other no contact orders. I utilize various state and federal databases in order to book and process charges and warrants. I interface with local and state probation and parole agencies in order to process various holds. I interview inmates in order to determine suitability under guidelines for Release-On-Recognizance programs and prepare appropriate reports for the pre-trial services group. I work with various bail agencies and the public in order to provide and process accurate bail information to effect release of individuals from custody. I am also a subject matter expert and trainer for various software platforms as well as new hire trainer. All of these situations occur within a high paced, fluidly dynamic environment which require poise, courtesy, patience, and professionalism.
