Also developed a genetics rights management (GeRM) system. It was a consumable and enabler of an Open Synthetic Biology model, which focused on shorter development and deployment timelines with less capital to achieve rapid ROI. GeRM focused on shipping know-how and consumable keys, not GMOs.With GeRM, MicrobialBots were protected against accidental release or theft. The BactoBot-powered EBR harvested the electricity and economically important gases while metabolically cleaning the wastewater from industrial facilities, biomass, farms, and sewage.As a cleantech sustainable company, Pilus Energy was a cutting edge cross-over biotechnology, wastewater, and energy company.In 2013/14, it was presented at a sustainability and clean technology event to the Nobel and Hinduja families in Monaco.
