Project Manager for Neshkin Construction Co., Inc. - a family owned commercial and industrial general contractor in the heart of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities included project management, business development, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, billing and project close-out.

Recieved full tuition waiver and stipend as an assistant coach to the NCAA Division I wrestling team at CSU. Responsible for recruiting, game day management, instruction, individual sessions with student/athletes, and academic supervision. Took post-bachelor coursework in Civil Engineering.

Gunton Corp. is a distributor of Pella windows and doors. I worked in the retail department and was responsible for coordinating installation with 8-10 subcontracted construction crews. Duties entailed the following processes: managing production and prefinishing dates, scheduling delivery and installation, and customer service follow-up and service.

Summer internship during college. Worked full-time during summer 2002 and part-time summer 2003. Projects consisted of time studies and cost evaluations. Responsible to publish and present all findings to plant manager.
