• Migrated from Fedora Directory Services to Microsoft Active Directory and moved 150+ workstations to the new Domain.
• Migrated from Zimbra Mail Server to Exchange Server 2007
• Installed CommVault Backup Server to manage online disk to disk to tape backups, and enabling user based restoring.

• Instrumental in designing and supporting the City’s network infrastructure to include Wireless access for Police/Fire/Building over cellular broadband.
• Developed and Implemented work from anywhere capabilities with Citrix Presentation Server/XenApp, for use in Police Cars/EMS/Fire Trucks. Virtualized green screen environments, along with 16 bit applications.Tested.
• Enterprise wide backup system using CommVault in conjunction with VTL technology and ATL technology, and enterprise messaging system with Exchange.
• Instrumental in Designing and implementation of the City’s Network Operation Centers, including power, a/c, networking, and servers. Designing and implementation of the Emergency Operation Centers along with the Police.
