I work part-time on projects that come downstream, open to new opportunities always.

At Deloitte, I was an all-purpose creative, utilizing skills ranging from CSS wizardry to info-graphic illustration to interface design.

With Page Spike I was allowed to iterate on many different concepts for business objectives ranging from plumbing to consumer electronics to high technology and even theoretical interfaces for future tech. Sprinkle a little branding in there for flavor.

I contracted with Lively for several months designing and updating the website as well as iterating on the interface for an iPad-based utility used to capture and upload live audio performances.

Solitude Creative is a startup with a knack for attracting quality clients and personnel. That being the case, I worked on some very interesting projects there. A theoretical “humanoid” interface for Voice Box Technology stands out among my work from there, possibly for its distracting “glare”. (F.I.N.D.)

Banyan Branch was a social media powerhouse that connected large brands with larger audiences. I redesigned the Banyan Branch homepage once, and also created accompanying data visualization and signage design for display at promotional events. Banyan Branch was absorbed by Deloitte Digital in 2013.

A couple of good friends and I started Less Avenged (once a record label) in a basement business complex in Greenwood, Seattle. After a year we were on prime real estate downtown in Pioneer square building corporate websites for brands such as Baden Sports which still reflects much of my original design.

I was contracted by Nintendo of America as a production-level web programmer just before the launch of the Wii in anticipation of an increase in business and promotion. The year before the web and print departments of NOA were redistributed, I worked my way up from css and regional content updates, to asset generation, to Flash programming, to even designing and developing a few mini-sites on my own for games. While my time there was not all glitz and glamor being a contractor, I did get a few sneak peeks at some unreleased games and insight into the inner operations of Nintendo, a company I grew up with like so many others.

Pale Bird was my first foray into professional development and design. Having mostly taught myself AS2 and with an eye for animation, I worked primarily with designer Evan Leake programming and animating all sorts of interfaces for bands and record labels.
