At TrueLogic my main responsibility was to build and maintain an Outsourcing module for the company’s portal called ReportLogic. Outsourcing allowed users to send batches of collection accounts to be outsourced to other collection agencies. These agencies had to report back daily several metrics for each account they have. This was done with EDI several times throughout the day. Once that was complete I started on a project to handle loading new accounts using many of the same processes used for outsourcing.

Sungard purchased Inflow and I had three main projects that I was responsible for building and maintaining. First was a reporting module for the company’s custom built portal called FlowTrack. The report module was a web application first built using ASP and VB 6 and then upgraded to ASP.NET. It allowed authenticated users to run and build custom reports against our application databases. Next was a document management portal called livelink. I had to configure and deploy livelink to the company and integrate it with FlowTrack using the livelink API and custom code added to both Flowtrack and livelink. Third was a DNS module in FlowTrack and in the customer portal called FlowView. DNS allowed users to manage their IP Addresses and to associate DNS records with the IP Addresses. Both these modules were written in ASP.NET. Users would submit their DNS changes to the DNS Application and at scheduled times every day the DNS application would build new set of DNS Files and upload those to a company DNS server. From there the records would replicate to all DNS servers around the world.

I would run the experiments and collect and analyze the data. I wrote custom programs to both help run the experiments and analyze the data.
