Drive operational efficiency and sustainable program growth for Weis2Go and third-party e-commerce businesses. Collaborate across operations and store support center functions to drive the customer experience, fulfillment, and other aspects of the program.

Responsible for developing a store communication strategy and designing metrics for store communication tools.• Developed the store communication strategy for four Divisions that included 50,000+ leaders and employees.• Lead the project to develop processes and tools necessary to execute communication strategy.• Accountable for delivering effective operational communication to stores that inform store associates on operations and service.• Accountable for establishing and enforcing a system of governance for store communications.
