ERT: Working as an Emergency Response Technician for the plant in the event of evacuation, chemical spills, injuries, gas leak, and other potentially life threatening issues.

Springville, Utah

Setting up of outdoor firework displays, firing them off, and clean up. Duties include safety, fusing and loading of shells, cakes, and other permissible fireworks. During the display duties may include either monitoring the shells for low break, duds, misfires, and anything that could cause harm to others or property. Also working with the events coordinator in the electronic shooting of the show with whatever queues are instructed. And working to safely clean up the show safely by collecting any misfires in a safely manner and then packing up the equipment.

Started off as an Level 1 Operator processing product through a highly technical production line, monitoring alarms and defects with the tooling and product by utilizing metrology equipment, performing tool qualification, acting as an A-team participant for improvements, working as the internal Auditor for the sputter group. Later being promoted to a Level 2 Maintenance tech, Performing Preventative and Total productive Maintenance on a scheduled bases. Following and improving operation and maintenance Specs.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

As an Test operator duties included: Testing, documenting, and providing failure and success rates for Industry standards of memory chips. Promoted to a Test Technician to analyze failure data and then trouble shoot failed memory die, packages, and wire bounding to determine the failed portions of multi die memory packages. Tool for troubleshooting included but were not limited to DMMs, Oscilloscopes, IR guns, Power supplies, Laser scribing to cut package traces, and microscopes.
