He is also actively involved in the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Hanover Chamber of Commerce, Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA), the Boston University Alumni Community, the Friends of Boston’s Homeless, and hosts a weekly real estate podcast (“Finance with Factor”).
