-Participates in the general management and growth of KeyBank's over $1B Middle Market (generally companies with between $10 million and $500 million in revenue) lending portfolio in Buffalo, New York.-Develops a comprehensive credit memorandum in partnership with the Relationship Manager for the effective communication of information from the field to the approving credit officer and credit underwriter. The memorandum will include information to begin deal dialogue, endorse deal strength, present identified risks/mitigating factors and propose deal structure. -Creates client proposals, presentations and pitch books in consultation with both Relationship Managers and Senior Management with the end goal of providing solutions and financial support to local business owners and management teams.
