As the son of two entrepreneurs, I was taught a strong work ethic and the importance of putting the customer’s, and especially an employee’s needs ahead of personal gain. I cherish my 20 years in the family business and the lessons it taught me in leadership, resilience, and determination.Over the course of my career, I have become a big-picture guy who really enjoys turning the nuts and bolts to make things work better. I have leveraged my diverse business background and extensive academic training to help organizations change strategic and tactical operations. My ability to nurture culture and manage by meaningful metrics, while connecting business activities with business objectives has made me a positive and significant contributor to the success stories of every seemingly unrelated organization I have engaged with, be it as an employee or volunteer.
