Hundreds of millions of dollars, public and private, have already been invested in the immediate vicinity of the site. The City of Charleston has fully entitled and approved the Concord Park zoning and land use plan. All necessary utilities are in place to service the site. EWP's investment will solidify this location as one of Charleston's prime downtown neighborhoods.
