SQL DATABASE ANALYSTMy day-to-day consists of working directly with the Database Administrator to create and modify custom SQL views on 20+ databases. I create custom SSRS reports as well as the occasional Crystal Report. These are used on both an individual basis as well as integrated into city software.Additionally, I am the patching, Active Directory, and DHCP administrator. Setting reservations, creating and modifying user accounts, and patching vulnerabilities on all computers are just a few of my responsibilities. This role has also given me scripting experience as I work with logon and automation scripts.

•Assist and screen high-volume applicant pool. Manage incoming phone lines. Data entry of all paperwork.•Set up work stations. Troubleshoot office computer and compatibility issues.

•Converse with prospective students to determine eligibility and program of choice.•Walk students through registration, open house, and orientation. Maintain relationship with students through first class to ensure familiarity of virtual campus.

•Manage 650 accounts for 13 representatives, including account setup, product pricing, and shipping methods. Oversee, troubleshoot, and expedite production of products.•Direct workflow for department assistants.

•Hire and train staff, scheduling, payroll, staff reviews.•Inventory, product rotation, weekly and monthly reports.•Technical setup specialist for new store openings.
