I graduated from McGill University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. I then attended Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business where I completed the joint J.D./M.B.A. program in 1998. After articling with the law firm of Davies, Ward & Beck, I was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000. From 2002 to 2018 I worked at the law firm of Singer Kwinter.On October 1, 2018, Jason Singer and I opened our new law firm Singer Katz LLP where we will continue our practice representing plaintiffs who have sustained serious personal injuries (e.g. motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice, etc.), or are involved in a dispute with their insurance company (e.g. long-term disability insurance, life insurance, property insurance, etc.).
