Expert at showcasing the cloud-based software management platform. Partner with inside, field, and channel sales teams to utilize competitive intelligence to help win deals. Conduct customized training, in-person and virtual for customers and partners to facilitate partner onboarding, enablement, and solution training for regional and national VARs in the West.

Job responsibilities included plan, manage and execute the implementation of computer-based systems and manage desktop technology lifecycle, including conducting end-user needs assessments, purchasing, testing and installing hardware, software and data communications and appropriately retiring equipment at end of life. Provide third level of client support for desktop computer systems, including post-installation problem resolution for hardware, system software, printers and data communications. Provide second level of client support for network systems (host/servers, network connectivity). Develop strategies and procedures to enhance the productivity and satisfaction of the client.
