I am a college graduate from Grand Canyon University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration with dual minors in sports management and business analytics. During my time at GCU, I worked with the baseball team as the Director of Baseball Analytics and the Director of the Analytics Team. Within this role, I led a group of student managers in which we worked directly with advanced scouting, player development, and various forms of baseball technology. This role emphasized a strong sense of time management and organization, that followed a strict schedule throughout the regular season to complete player development and advanced scouting reports. My role with GCU Baseball set the foundation for my career in baseball operations and offered hands-on experience with coaches and players, building strong connections and relationships. This job taught me an array of valuable skills such as impactful leadership, communication, and adaptability, as well as showed me the ins and outs of baseball operations from the perspective of a successful college baseball program. Going into all of my future jobs I have the desire and attitude to learn the most that I can, gather as much information as I can, and be able to apply these new skills to my everyday life as well as my professional career. I am excited to have the opportunity to learn and grow with my future employers and have the ability to work my hardest and make the most out of my future career!
