Since 2018, Jason, left his technical directorship at AT&T to focus his efforts on his passions with ASKDRSKIP.COM with professional creative fun, productive putzing, and serving our wellness community. Jason loves helping clients essentialize their lives, thereby, reducing stress and living the life and purpose of their dreams.Since 2008, Jason has built the supportive backbone of the company from the ground up. His degree in Finance, and experience in Software Engineering and Process Improvement, equipped him to lead entrepreneurial operations and set strategic direction with automation as a focus. Jason is responsible for managing third party vendor relationships in support of operational functions that include technology, accounting, customer fulfillment, social media strategy, and branding. He is responsible for operational and strategic budgeting. He also serves as the Chief Compliance and Security Officer.

Since 2009, J. is responsible for directing the Software Design & Engineering Team for AT&T's External & Legislative Affairs (E&LA) Department, and is responsible for IT Soft Capital and Expense Spending. He sets strategic and operational direction for a team consisting of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts and Training personnel and is responsible for directing any use of third party vendors needed in support of those needs. This team has built a reputation as the efficiency experts taking manual processes and spearheading operational changes alongside automation initiatives for seamless process improvement. His team is responsible for the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) including: Business Case Development, Project Management, Business & System Analysis, Requirements Management, Software Development and Deployment, Quality Assurance, & Application Training.Major Accomplishments include: The AT&T Enterprise Wide Application for the Management of Philanthropic Giving, Employee Disaster Relief automation, Proceeding & Docket Management System and Public Affairs Mobilization Applications. He has built this team from scratch who began supporting a mere 2 applications in 2009 to over 50. During this time, Jason managed the support help desk of the initial applications until it became clear a new department was needed. Prior to 2009, Jason worked in various Finance positions managing commission teams (15 FTE) for multi-million dollar vendors and markets moving where the company needed him taking him from El Paso, to Atlanta and then to Dallas. While working in Finance, his process improvement skills lead to the creation of customized audit reports that the entire department later embraced. With these and other initiatives, Jason's team was able to process approximately 50% of the company's agent commission activity with 25% of the department's resources.

While at Security Capital Group, Jason moved around to different HR teams employing process improvement throughout. The VP of HR quickly realized he was a person with the ability to analyze current processes and propose efficiency changes. These HR functions supported many corporations with thousands of properties in Corporate Real Estate, Hotels, Retirement Communities, and Modular Housing. The areas he impacted are: Corporate Development programs for company culture, HRIS (Administrating Payroll/Benefits Billing and Tax/Payroll Correspondence and Research to include tax amendment filing), Benefits Administration, automation of COBRA Administration, and Data management and reporting (via PeopleSoft). Jason worked on benefit audit procedures, authorized claim exceptions, and participated in health benefits vendor selection. To continue spearheading change, Jason was responsible for employee and customer satisfaction surveys (creating, managing, implementing, and statistical analysis), which lead to the implementation of a variety of employee and customer satisfaction initiatives. These initiatives were communicated via a Shared Services Corporate Newsletter that he composed. He also formed an Employee Task Force leading to active Bench-marking on Employee Recommendations. Jason was also responsible for new hire on-site orientations for various affiliate companies, college recruiting at local universities, mentoring, and scholarship program definition. Jason's time at Security Capital was extremely rewarding and was only cut short when the company was purchased by GE and consolidated with their operations.
