Lead a refactoring of a Snowflake data warehouse, including streams, pipes, data models and RBAC.

Lead the database and data pipeline components of migration from Oracle to Azure SQL Database.The CDE maintains a web-based application which ingests student, teacher, district, school, and funding data from Colorado school districts, prompts users to correct errors, and produces tables suitable for analysis. A reporting layer produces reports, some of which are required by legislation, for consumption by legislators, school officials, teachers, and the public.Scripted the migration by hand and loaded a representative sample of PII-scrubbed data into our Azure SQL instance.Wrote a Python-based RESTful API layer to the error correction logic and the analysis table logic. Converted the Oracle PL/SQL to Azure SQL.
