Responsibilities included parking lot layout and grading, layout and design of sanitary sewer and water network, erosion control design and calculations, earthwork analysis, storm drainage system layout and design, design on one water quality wet pond and outlet structure. This site follows the NCDENR Post Construction guidelines and includes off-site sewer and water main relocation along major intersecting roads.
