In this role I was responsible for transforming data points on system, application, and network performance of a custom cognitive computing platform into relevant 3D visual representations. Deployed and tested applications on various mobile devices, desktop OS’s, and augmented reality displays to ensure correct and relevant functionality.Worked on developing 3D data visualizations utilizing the Unity development platform along with C# scripts and tested for correct display and functionality on Microsoft HoloLens.

In this role I was responsible for executing and accurately documenting manual and automated test cases against web applications and servers on the Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud and internally developed PDS Commerce platforms based on supplied requirements for new implementation and support clients. Developed, extended, executed and analyzed regression, functional, and performance test plans. Identified variations from expected results and coordinated research/resolution of issues with development and project management teams.Provided troubleshooting for issues with systems and software including cloud based applications which included interacting with clients to provide updates on project status and to assist in resolution of issues.
