Managed (and was lead developer on) the App Framework team, producing a set of libraries, components, and tooling used by app teams at Ipro, for consistency and robustness in application development. Designed and implemented Kaseya's next-generation cloud application platform in Java, Polymer.js, and Google Material Design, focusing on modularity, responsiveness, and flexibility. Oversee teams responsible for user interfaces and REST APIs, and well as core services, such as licensing and provisioning, event processing, notification and logging services.Other projects include an IDE for a custom scripting language, desktop/mobile applications for computer management, WYSIWYG workflow editing, customer support, and remote diagnostics. Also, assisted in the development of a more mature engineering department, with the introduction of open-source tools, communication and collaboration improvements (mailing lists/chat servers/wikis) and the use of a standard SDLC (Agile). Completed an entire rewrite of the Paltronics Media (Digital Signage) System, moving from a C++/.NET/Windows based media player to a Flash/Java/Linux version. The new design uses drag-and-drop and WYSIWYG functionality to replace the previous xml scripting design. Other major features include an Adobe Flash-like GUI editor for creating channels, an extensible component SDK (allowing customers to create their own custom components), content upload and multicast download to players, remote viewing/management/diagnostics, external event-based playback, user-defined variables, fine-grained security controls, and much more.

Developed and implemented MGMMIRAGE's central reservation management system (VIPR), facilitating the ability for the booking of Room, Restaurant, Limo, Show, Room Service, Cabana, Golf, Spa, etc reservations through a single intranet application.Was the go-to resource for user/customer facing application development and UI/Graphic design at MGMMIRAGE. Played a vital role in service-enabling our legacy systems and decoupling their dependencies through messaging and orchestrations. Was responsible for developing and/or implementing many policies and procedures within our department, as well as mentoring and educating the other development resources in IT.Also, was the main architecture and product management resource dedicated to the development of a new Casino (Cage and Credit) Management System that would replace the three legacy systems that are in use at all MGMMIRAGE properties, which will result in a savings of millions of dollars per year in maintenance and hardware costs.
