Our custom prospecting and boarding portal utilizes ASP.NET MVC3, JQuery, .NET 4.0, Linq, Entity Framework and SQL Server 2012 including spatial analysis. We recently migrated to a more modern development pattern utilizing client side MVVM with Knockout.js framework and other frameworks including Require.js, Typescript and LESS.I recently spent 9 months in a Sr. Business Analyst role leading a team of 15 in the release of a next generation feature set for our sales portal which included a complete site redesign, streamlined workflow, custom electronic signature application and integrated document management and submission functionality. During this time we migrated from a traditional agile sprint cycle to a lean-agile methodology using a kanban system. This application earned Heartland a ranking of #112 in the 2012 Information Week 500, an increase of 83 spots from the previous year for the company.
