Evaluates Standard and High Definition satellite/fiber signals using spectrum analyzers, file analyzers, waveform monitors and vector scopes. Performs all required recordings using DALET Media Management systems and KiPro machines, executes all required audio and video routing, adjusts standards, up, down, and cross-converters, and sets up all Evertz frame syncs. Maintains logs and feed information. Monitors and maintain outbound distribution feeds.
