Implementation and instruction led to a sustainable program for foreign security forces to stand independent after Coalition Forces departed. My daily interactions with foreign leadership left positive lasting impacts that led to my performance award by Executive Leadership (a 3-star General). - Mentored and advised the ANASOC (ANA Special Operations Command) School of Excellence Mortar Cadre for two six-week long mortar classes and three aiming circle classes. Directly collaborated with a civilian contractor and Afghan Commando Instructors, to facilitate the Afghan Instructors ability to instruct and run courses on their own with very little interaction from Coalition Forces. - Mentored and advised the ANASOC Division Fire Support Officer, a Special Forces Colonel, in day to day operations serving as the action officer for over ten General Officer visits to Camp Morehead, to include the Commander ISAF and Deputy Supreme Allied Commander NATO. This included developing and executing a security plan involving different commands and countries.- Coordinated with the United States Air Force and Canadian Special Operation Forces to develop a program of instruction to ensure a sustainable, Afghan-led, Afghan-instructed Advanced Tactical Aircraft Controller (ATAC) program. - Served as the ANASOAG Liaison for the ANASOC fielding of the Mobile Strike Fighting Vehicle (MSFV).
