Vicarious aims to transform robotics by creating robots with human level performance on real-world manipulation tasks. My job was to create the process that allowed our team to grow and create artificial general intelligence for robots.At Vicarious, I was responsible for finding talent on the bleeding edge of Robotics, Computer Vision, and Artificial Intelligence. Our team hired: researchers, research engineers, roboticists and I started to build out the software engineering team.My role was a blend between strategy and tactics, I revamped the entire recruiting process and sourcing strategy in addition to being the only recruiter. Our CEO called me the Head of Talent, our CTO called me the Head of Recruiting, all I knew was that I was busy busy.

By every measurable metric, Chewy is the fastest growing and largest private e-commerce company delivering pet food and supplies to pet lovers across the nation. I focused on how we attract and hire the most exceptional candidates in software engineering. Strategic consulting: traveling the South (Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas) advising chapters on how to recruit more members. Also advised on event planning, with an emphasis in maximizing success and relations with the general student body. Managed and organized rush schedules and events for 65 unique school locations, responsible for year-to-year metrics, created new "business" at new locations. Presentation skills, oral communication, and email communication was essential to captivating and motivating students across the territory.
