About Jason Gird

I was born into the crazy world of film and advertising, spending much of my childhood on film sets. This immediately unlocked a passion for storytelling and I wanted to create moments and stories that captivated people and drew them in. This led me to a career in strategy, where I get to make businesses tick, through the guise of storytelling and magic making. My career in strategy has been layered in that I have a number of different strategic disciplines that allow me to serve as an TTL integrated planner, with recently focusing on the rapidly changing field of commerce and how we can make buying things fun! My job today is to harness all the various tools, tech, people and brains we have available to us and build integrated teams of strategic creative excellence.I have been extremely fortunate to have worked in and consulted in many international regions, including 20+ African countries; 11 countries in Central America; India and Singapore. I am in lock step and part of the global WPP Studio X network, which is an endless source of knowledge and inspiration. I think we are all very fortunate to work in this industry as it has the power to inspire and unlock meaningful growth.
