Partnered with the two owners of Moore & Scarry Advertising to begin development of SPARQ.Developed a mobile application that car sales professionals could use at time of delivery to motivate their customer to share their car buying experience on social media. Sold first batch of clients and worked closely with management and sales staff to get them using the application and learn from them to make the application better.SPARQ won the social media AWA award their first year and now has an established customer base of clients successfully using the product. Over 5000 automotive sales professionals now have SPARQ installed on their smart phones.Dealing with outstanding individuals and a marketing agency, a market strategy was put into place. We partnered on the venture and SocialUPs was born.Developed advanced social marketing and gaming software for the automotive industry. Hired and trained software developers, designers, sales and administrative staff. Structured pay plans to motivate staff. Developed a customer follow up process for our customer service department. Turned this social start up into a huge success with over 500 active clients and almost $500,000 a month in reoccurring revenue.To this day no other social company has been able to generate the amount of activity to automotive Facebook pages. SocialUPs was a true pioneer in automotive social marketing.

Within a short period of time the direct mail division had become the single largest source of revenue for the company, generating over $3 million in monthly revenue.

Worked with various departments and successfully designed a direct mail advertising product the company could sell. Personally called and sold this product to our existing client base. Worked closely with clients to ensure their success. The product quickly became a massive success and the company's largest source of revenue.

After serving in the Untied States Army, a career opportunity came along to join a team of successful sales representatives at Telnform. This was my first job in the automotive industry. Telnform invented the Loan-by-Phone credit hotline you typically see in sub-prime automotive sales ads.As a new sales person I had to start at the bottom. My duties included prospecting, cold-calling and closing new business. Was required to make a minimum of 100+ calls per day. I was able to quickly tune into what it took to close a car dealership on Telnform’s software product. Out performed every other sales person in the room by double and achieved sales person of the year my first year and won every other sales contest the company had during my employment. This was the beginning of what would become a wonderful journey in automotive industry for me. My love for automobiles and gadgets is what drove me to strive to be the absolute best at this job. To me it was the coolest thing ever to be making a living and working with auto dealers and software.
