As Chief Technology Officer, Jason Greenawald, CSM, ENP is responsible for the management of all technical personnel at TuWay, and oversees all technical, pre- and post-sales support efforts at the company. With over twenty years of experience in the mission-critical IT industry, and fifteen years of public safety experience with TuWay Communications, Jason possesses a wealth of knowledge along with numerous industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VESTA 911, NOKIA, Tait Radio, Motorola Solutions, Eventide, and NICE Systems. Jason also has several cybersecurity certifications from the Texas A&M National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center (DHS/FEMA) relating to cyber-attacks and mitigation.Jason was instrumental in the technical design and launch of TuWay’s Network and Security Operations Center which greatly expands the company’s network security and monitoring offering by ensuring 24x7 support to all of our mission-critical customers from a locally managed NSOC facility in Bethlehem, PA.The defining project that Jason designed and built from concept to reality was the PA NECORE regional Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet) that connected eight counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania together to share resources such as 9-1-1 call processing, radio communications, Computer Aided Dispatch and voice recording across a myriad of networking mediums.
