Direct oversight of all financial and administrative activities including land acquisition, land disposition, forecasting & planning, reporting and analysis, accounting, capital and cash flow management, human resources, litigation, risk management, pricing, cost management and budgeting.

Served as business advisor to CFO and COO for select geographic regions covering 24 different markets with a goal to maximize Pulte's return on investment and ensure alignment with capital strategy and business improvement metrics. Responsible for reviewing all Division level financial reporting and forecasting and conducting corporate due diligence on all land related transactions and repositioning efforts.

Directed all financial, accounting and administrative activities for $150M Division. Responsible for development and oversight of Division forecasts, finance and accounting policies, financial reporting, Sarbanes Oxley implementation and due diligence in land acquisition efforts. Hired, developed and trained a new team of accounting and finance professionals.

Conducted operational and financial audits of eight different homebuilding operations and Corporate Treasury department. Designed Sarbanes Oxley process flow charts and best practices matrix for implementation throughout Company.

Primary clients included General Motors Acceptance Corporation, Compuware Corporation, and Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust. Responsibilities included preparation and testing of SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q filings, comfort letters for SEC and non-SEC debt offerings and securitizations), audit planning, testing of high risk account balances and internal controls. Areas of technical exposure included SFAS 66, SFAS 123, SFAS 128, SFAS 133, SFAS 142, SFAS 144. Trained and developed direct reports and participated heavily in recruiting efforts.
