• I Oversaw a field crew of +20 personnel. Prepared and executed jobs from inception to field completion. Coordinated personnel scheduling, training and crew activities at the district level between frac campaigns to ensure efficient use of manpower. • Played an integral role in all aspects of the startup team that established an operations centre in a remote district in Queensland, Australia.• Member of the core team that trained a full frac crew with zero experience to a fully functioning team which set safety records within the company in the first year.
