• Ensured that each component of truck has a serviceable equivalent available to customers by researching current truck production part number, determining aftermarket equivalent, loading both part numbers and relationship of parts to business system.• Created an Access database that not only greatly simplified above process but offered management a number of reporting options including upcoming work, work in progress and completed work.• Designed and implemented Access tool to track per truck part upgrade requirements and part inventory status for 2007 Retrofit project.
