As part of the Americas BSO vendor team, receive assignment requests from field, analyze requests to ensure requests are error free and will not violate established set of business rules. Build upload files that support requests. Create and review assignment audit reports. Take an active role in supporting the field by creating upload files that will correct the business rules violations while maintaining the integrity of the assignment. Provide support to field by answering questions and providing guidance into best practices related to employee assignments. Use SQL scripts to extract employee assignment related data in order to conduct any requested analysis.

• Consolidated and maintained 250,000+ records of cross reference information that supported over 600 dealerships in US and Canada. Created automated process from user input and data validation to upload of finalized data.• Developed multiple Access / Excel applications (using VBA and SQL) that generated over $4 Million in Six Sigma savings and saved the division hundreds of man hours each month. Multiple departments directly benefited from using one or more of the tools that were created.• Business – Software Developer Liaison for multiple projects such as Product Information Management System and Cross Reference Search tool. Identified key data elements and potential system issues. • As the sole person in a new department, created (from scratch) a pricing review process that ensured all product pricing is reviewed at least once per year. The review process generated over $10 Million in increased sales over first year.• Subject Matter Expert in pricing system for company-wide processes.

• Ensured that each component of truck has a serviceable equivalent available to customers by researching current truck production part number, determining aftermarket equivalent, loading both part numbers and relationship of parts to business system.• Created an Access database that not only greatly simplified above process but offered management a number of reporting options including upcoming work, work in progress and completed work.• Designed and implemented Access tool to track per truck part upgrade requirements and part inventory status for 2007 Retrofit project. Tool was used by members of Kenworth Engineering, Peterbilt Engineering, PACCAR Parts Materials, PACCAR Parts Customer Service and PACCAR Parts Change Control.
