• Handle multiple loads by constantly communicating by telephone or by email with carriers, customers, shippers and receivers on a daily basis.
• Communicate with trucks from pickup at sheds to delivery by tracking equipment on a daily basis and relaying pertinent information back to customers.
• Contact customers daily and handle issues that arise promptly by contacting parties involved and making necessary adjustments.
• Use Microsoft Office software, TMW Truckmate software, Loadlink and Internet Truckstop on daily basis to arrange pickup, track and delivery of loads.
• When required, assist fellow coordinators to find equipment to ensure successful freight delivery.
