• Direction of Junior Network Administrator and Network Administrator as needed;• Installation, administration, operation, maintenance, upgrade, security, and technical analysis/troubleshooting for hardware and software;• Software License Management;• Administers Mas90 Accounting System;• Network development, design, documentation and diagram;• Software and Hardware Purchasing as approved;• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new hardware and software solutions;• Training, education and support of internal staff;• Data backup/restoration;• Disaster Recovery planning, implementation and documentation;• Test and recommend changes for internally developed programs; • Work with other departments and team members as needed to ensure support of UDSMR’s mission, vision, values and goals;• Position requires access to PHI provided by subscribers and stored in the UDSMR data bases, and requires compliance with all UDS policies and guidelines regarding the handling of PHI; and • Other duties as assigned
