Led design of the customer experience, brand and business of Summit One Vanderbilt, the final phase of the $3bn One Vanderbilt development. Consulted Michter's on the development of their Fort Nelson interactive distillery experience. Designed and implemented retail point of sale, inventory management and ticketing system architecture. Developed tourism marketing and local engagement strategy.

Led all the development of all sales and marketing functions for this immersive entertainment experience for children. Accomplishments include media planning and execution, web site development staffing and development of ticketing-scheme and software.

Brier Katama was a strategic consulting firm providing start up support to location based entertainment operators. Services included customer experience design, digital strategy, web site design, social media strategy, ticketing and access control implementation, and retail strategy. All work experience between 2016-2019 was done under the auspices of Brier Katama with our NYC and Bay-area team.

Gulliver's Gate is an interactive museum of miniatures located in the heart of Times Square.
