Jason Halper is a partner in Vinson & Elkins' Litigation Group, with three decades of practicing in the areas of financial services and securities law, complex commercial disputes and corporate governance. Prior to joining Vinson & Elkins, Jason served as Chair of the Global Litigation Group and was a member of the Management Committee of a New York-based global law firm.
