Liaison between and/or directly supervise production employees on behalf of the Farm Manager - including all top field managers (Greenhouse Manager, Tillage Supervisor, Planting Coordinator, Head Grower, Harvest Manager, Farm Administrator). *Develop, implement, and utilize computer systems to analyze and predict infrastructures within a fast-growing farming environment (approximately 150% growth year over year for 5 years). Including developing management systems to keep track of Irrigation Water Management (IWM), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Equipment Services and Maintenance, Crop Planning and Rotation, Organic Certification Records, Harvest Predictions, plus any other systems related to Crop Production. *Logistical analyst and supervisor for several delivery trucks in order to predict and implement plans for efficient and time constrained delivery of supplies and freshly harvested produce.
