"Impossible means that you haven't found a solution yet." - Henry Ford.As a high-performance, seasoned C-suite executive, I specialise in strategic leadership, transformation and growth to innovate and shape industries. My career has been all about driving meaningful change, positioning organisations for possibility, and challenging the status quo with curiosity and creativity. With a focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and humanising experiences, I inspire teams and stakeholders to create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In a career spanning over 30 years with Airservices, and nearly 9 years as CEO, it was a privilege to lead a dedicated team of 3,500 to provide safe, secure, efficient, and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. With humanising aviation as a driving force we managed air traffic for over 150 million passengers on more than four million flights annually.Leading Airservices through the pandemic was a pivotal moment. We ensured services continued and provided certainty for our entire workforce, navigating adversity with resilience and innovation. Emerging from the crisis stronger, my role was then crucial in meeting future civil and military air traffic management needs while leading the digital transformation of Australia’s aviation industry including embracing digital aerodrome services to replace traditional physical towers with advanced camera and sensor masts. A huge leap forward for the aviation industry. With a leadership grounded in integrity and connection, I believe in honesty and respect, building strong relationships, and fostering a sense of belonging within my teams. A commitment to continuous growth and adaptability quenches my curiosity and drives my personal and professional development. As a future-focused C-suite executive, I explore and embrace the possibilities that AI offers, while remaining committed to fostering human qualities which are critical to doing business.I’m honoured to be a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS), with an MBA and Harvard Business School AMP. I’m excited to leverage these experiences and my expertise in aviation to drive initiatives and shape industries across the globe, always with a focus on effectiveness with efficiency for sustainable growth. In a new career chapter, I’ll be continuing to influence and drive transformative change, bringing innovation, connectivity, and a steadfast commitment to excellence to new industries and organisations.
