I am currently an aspiring CA (SA) busy completing my audit training at PwC Johannesburg. I was born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa, after which I completed my studies at Stellenbosch University. Being fluent in English and Afrikaans and growing up and studying in different parts of South Africa has taught me to be adaptable in any situation and good in a team setting. In 2021 I completed my Bachelor of Accounting and was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society for excellent achievement in my undergraduate studies. After that, in 2022, I completed my studies by getting a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, which will allow me to commence with my audit training articles in 2023. I am very hard-working, dedicated, a good leader and a quick learner.I will also be writing the CFA I exam in 2023 and hope to be a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant by the end of 2025.My great love in life is travelling, and I believe that being well travelled and experiencing different cultures will make me more well-rounded and compassionate. I enjoy watching and playing various sports like rugby, golf and padel in my free time. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and using my free time with my friends and family. I am quite a bookworm and enjoy reading about many different topics, from fantasy to politics to business. You can learn almost anything from a good book. I also always want to continue learning and increasing my knowledge base. One day, I want to speak multiple languages and be knowledgeable on various topics like investing, entrepreneurship, politics, emerging technologies, science and phycology.
