Farepath proposes a door-to-door food collection model in order to reduce hunger in American communities by supporting emergency food aid supplies of food banks and pantries with consistent food donations throughout the year. The model is facilitated by the use of iOS and Android mobile technology that serves to easily scale our services, efficiently streamline data collection, quickly disseminate information to donors, and quickly quantify social impact. By providing a system that brings accountability to service and engages youth through technology, Farepath will increase civic engagement and donation yields. I am currently managing a team of software engineers, web designers, and high school and college-aged volunteers to expand Farepath's operations across the country.Visit farepath.org for more information.

As the Outreach and Recruitment intern in the Office of Presidential Personnel, I conducted public records checks on prospective candidates, conducted strategic searches for unique vacancies, maintained Congressional and current appointee candidate lists, and otherwise supported two staff assistants and the director of the Office. I also led the initial development of a mentoring program that would help new appointees build strong relationships in the remaining months of the Obama administration.

Acted as the primary liaison between the College administration and the student body. As a member of the executive board, I oversaw the management of a $540,000 fund for more than 120 campus organizations. I also oversaw the permanent transition of a ten-member Council to a thirty-two member Student Government in order to take on more projects for the improvement of campus life. Furthermore, I was selected as one of two student representatives to the presidential search committee in order to name the College's fifteenth president. Prior to being elected co-president, I served on the student council for two semesters as the student life representative.

Served as peer advisor to 30 residents each year by providing general resources, residential programming, and conflict resolution.

Worked closely with the Director of Development to conduct research for the farmers' market team, search for new grant opportunities, and compose numerous grant applications and final grant reports for the organization to gain and sustain funding for various projects. For five weeks in the summer of 2012, I volunteered as a member of the Healthy Corner Store Initiative in order to enroll new store owners into the Food Trust's programs.
