Compared HAZUS-MH flood damage estimates to actual NFIP claims at the structure level in areas of Dane County affected by the June 2008 flooding in Wisconsin. Performed GIS analysis to compare floodplain boundaries from the National Flood Hazard Layer to topographic map data in support of specific ASFPM projects for the FEMA Appeals process. Developed the "Wisconsin Shoreline Inventory and Oblique Photo Viewer" application, a web-based map viewer for displaying oblique photos and shoreline classification data from multiple time periods for the Wisconsin Coastal Management Program. Created the website for the Great Lakes Coastal Flood Study to support outreach for the FEMA coastal analysis and storm surge study initiative.

Though technically not employment, General Contractor was my every day job for over 2 years throughout the construction of my new home.
