About Jason Hoeppner
I enjoy using my experience in agency operations and technology in the insurance industry..After my active duty career in the U.S. Navy, I joined an insurance company where I helped launch its independent agency channel. Getting out to see our agencies and how they worked gave me an excellent perspective on how much value independent agencies provided their clients. I also saw an opportunity to help them operate the way they really wanted, but never had the time and resources to make the changes needed to get there. This led me to my consulting career where I helped independent agencies across the country better implement their technology, showed staff how to use their systems to focus on the most value-added parts of their job with clients, and trained senior leadership on how to manage their operations more effectively, resulting in more sales, and happier and more productive employees.
