I also love ensuring my teams and clients enjoy the journey as well as the results. :)I have proven results in combining Creativity + Technical Knowledge + Commercial GoalsMy journey:I’ve co-founded and been the Creative Director of three agencies; Head New Media, which became the digital arm of Lowe in 1998, Underwired (which I sold to Gratterpalm, now CreativeRace) and my current agency THE-CRMagency.My focus on excellence and measurable results has paid dividends for dozens of heavyweight brands include Sony Network Entertainment, Harveys Furniture, McCain Foods, News International, Peugeot, ASICS, Nickelodeon, Regus, Economist Group, various Virgin brands, British Land, Travelodge, ESPN, P&G and Adobe.My digital career started 21 years ago when I won Creative Review’s award for the UK’s most promising talent and the Creative Futures Award for designing the UK’s first University Degree Show CD-ROM, which was also the first ever interactive production featured at D&AD’s Student Expo.I went on to design the Snickers MegaBite website, which Campaign magazine described as Mars’ first real attempt to establish itself on the Internet. MegaBite won the Marketing Design Award, the MacUser Maxine and an EPICA. When I was 28 I was the world’s most awarded new media designer.I judge at various awards, including BIMA, am a D&AD mentor for New Blood students, and a regular mentor at the School of Communication Arts.
