Jason is one of Australia’s most experienced Home Care executives. As CEO of KinCare for more than 20 years, he has led the company through numerous State and Federal Government reform programs, and built the business from $2m revenue to over $100m. KinCare’s growth has come through both successful organic marketing programs, and more than a half dozen strategic acquisitions and divestments.KinCare built a reputation for industry leading solutions, including its approach to IT investment, Human Resource process, Marketing, Recruitment, Culture and Financial Management. Jason has successfully and repeatedly engaged with Government in his role as CEO to create value for all stakeholders.During his tenure as CEO Jason contributed to industry development through numerous Government processes, and has served on a number of industry committees. These include Member Representative Committees, and most recently with the development and enforcement of the Aged Care Industry Charter.Home Care is a complex industry with numerous stakeholders. Jason has an ability to distil complicated information and stakeholder requirements to create innovative solutions to difficult problems. His background in Accounting and Finance provides a strong foundation for analysing industry challenges.Jason has served on a number of boards and governance committees, including faith based boards for a major hospital and an education system that included six schools. In addition he chaired a school board as it grew from K-6 to K-12, and expanded onto a second campus in Sydney’s Northwest. He has experience with Audit and Finance subcommittees for each of these boards.Jason has been a Chartered Accountant for more than 20 years and has previously worked as an auditor in a major global accounting firm. In that role he was involved in numerous audit and due diligence engagements across many different industries, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Healthcare and Mining.Jason has a depth and breadth of experience that is unmatched in the industry. He is assisting clients to find innovative solutions to complex problems and the industry to restructure through the latest rounds of reform, while creating value for all stakeholders.
