As for my first job, I was working in the human resources department as a senior administrative. My major job content was to plan and execute annual training, to train the newcomers, to produce E-learning courses, to recruit employees, to design the interview tests, to select Filipino workers overseas and to release English and Japanese weekly E-paper. During these years, I was promoted two times due to my performance. Hopefully, I could have the chances to extend my HR experience to the areas, such as compensation, performance management, etc.I was headhunted by the One Group, so I left the former company. My major job content was personnel recruitment, training planning and execution. As for recruitment, I had to go on a business trip to Taipei and Yilan city to interview the candidates because of three shops respectively located in different cities. As for training, we planned and implemented the butler training courses including reservation, catering and room service since April this year. Besides the butler training, I also planned the newcomer orientation, language and basic management training courses and I suggested applying for “102 Assisting Enterprises Program to Upgrade Manpower held by National Association of Small & Medium Enterprises. The application was approved smoothly in June, 2013 and 45 courses were held from June to November. During the process of training, TTQS committee members visited The One to assess the training result and we passed the TTQS Certification. The One was granted a TTQS certificate (Refer to the attachment). I assisted the company to earn around NT$200,000 dollars.After more than one-year service, I left the One group due to the family factors and I jumped into the conventional industry in charge of recruitment, training planning and execution, the general affairs assistance. Afterwards, I worked for Episil Technologies in charge of recruitment, projects and training execution in Hsinchu Science-based Park. Now I am working for OMNIVISION in charge of APAC recruiting & compensation, projects and training. If there is any suitable job for me, I am open and willing to devote myself to it in the future.
