 Managed, designed, and implemented multiple, concurrent eCommerce solutions designated as enterprise-wide top priorities enabling faster and simpler shipping worldwide. Led a project team comprised of representatives from twelve international postal organizations to gather business requirements, create a business case, and select a vendor to build the Export Wizard, an online tool designed to calculate and collect duties and taxes required for international eCommerce shipments.  Launched USPS Click N Ship for Business®, a desktop and mobile shipping software designed for small and medium businesses, and supported the release with a two-year implementation plan focused on business client requirements, featuring additional payment, returns, and export compliance functionality powered by web services. Designed and managed USPS’ Canada to US return shipping solution which generates US merchant-funded labels and enables both merchants and consumers to track return shipments through a web-based interface. Extensive experience engaging, managing, and securing concurrence from cross-functional stakeholders and senior management within various USPS departments, particularly finance and marketing. Relationship manager for multi-national eCommerce companies including PayPal, eBay, Alibaba, and Amazon. Country manager responsible for maintaining key partner relationships, conducting market research, executing product development, and negotiating bilateral agreements in the United Kingdom, Canada, China, Japan, and Brazil. Regularly presented cross-border eCommerce trends and USPS solution developments to the Mailers Technical Advisory Council (MTAC), an industry group representing the largest mailers in the US. Represented USPS in China to secure new revenue and manage relations with major multi-national eCommerce companies. Represented USPS at Cisco Government Technology Forum (March 2012) and PayPal X Innovate Conference (September 2010).

 Innovative Sales and Distribution manager tasked with turning around two distribution facilities through outside sales, inside sales, and marketing efforts. Effectively drove sales and customer engagement at a failing distribution center in Cincinnati, OH, resulting in profitability after only three months. Designed an easy-to-read, full-color brochure highlighting the complete product line carried by the distribution centers and distributed to prospective and existing customers. Negotiated multiple shipping contracts with Conway Freight, Yellow Freight, UPS and FedEx resulting in a ten-percent reduction in monthly freight costs. Represented Globe Fire Sprinkler at the National Fire Protection Association conference in Chicago, IL (September 2009).

 Negotiated sales and closed multi-line deals for corporate clients, small businesses, and retail customers while exceeding sales objectives to surpass revenue targets. Ensured customer satisfaction by troubleshooting software and hardware issues and engaging call center support. Awarded top seller recognition in two separate months as a part-time employee.  Responsible for device and accessory inventory management to ensure adequate supply meeting both operational requirements and consumer demand. Consistently worked 35-40 hours per week around studying at Grand Valley State University. goals to achieve revenue targets that ensured company profitability.

 Associate project manager responsible product development and market research. Helped design and implement Global Direct Entry, an international product for merchandise prepared overseas with domestic USPS labels, shipped to the US in bulk, cleared through US Customs with a broker, and then inducted into the USPS domestic delivery network bearing no marks indicating international origin.  Created and presented a million-dollar idea emphasizing the profitability and feasibility of an innovative new shipping solution for cross-border advertising mail. Performed extensive Asia-Pacific market research in support of positioning USPS as the shipping provider of choice.
