Oversight for 12 Domestic and 2 Italian facilities in respect to all things food Safety. Working on-site or remotely, I assist in and provide direction for, Sanitation/QA/Food Safety teams in Sanitation activities, Environmental monitoring and reporting, Pest Services (IPM), Master Cleaning, Developing and implementing SSOP's, and many more Food Safety related programs and processes. I am able to provide direction and guidance for day to day activities, long term initiatives and specific project work. I typically help develop analytical skills in teams and train using fact-based decision making. I spent 18 months traveling between 3 Domestic private label pasta facilities and 2 Italian pasta facilities. The goal was to successfully implement integrated pest management into the everyday operation, train a competent person to assume the role after I left and audit all vendors and suppliers to help align them with our current goals and expectations. The second goal was to update the current food safety program to align with ConAgra programsThe project was completely successful and I am now a focused resource for all things food safety and pest control for all private label pasta facilities within my network

Provide daily direction for the Sanitation department, Pest Control Program, Food Safety Program and Plant Safety in the Excelsior Springs facility. I have corporate responsibility and oversight for Pest Control/Fumigation services, for our other domestic facilities and our Italian facilities. I am a focused resource for sanitation, food safety and plant safety for the other facilities as needed. I also provide information and work with cross functional development teams for my parent organization. LEAN trainer (Sensei) for our 2012 students in our internal LEAN training program. Currently licensed Pest Control Operator in the states of my sister facilities.
