I am a skilled Geomatics Engineer and software developer with a unique background in AEC, civil design/construction, large metropolitan utilities, and geospatial IT. Within those communities I am regarded as a thought leader in construction knowledge-transfer processes, utility digital transformation, and large-scale geospatial implementations.My expertise is focused on Enterprise-scale GIS implementations: field data conversions, business system integrations, and the development of REST-based API microservices which form the glue keeping large municipal governments spatially-enabled. I bring mastery of ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and cross-domain geospatial data-sharing web-services. I demonstrate advanced proficiency in Agile and SAFe frameworks and am comfortable as a database modeler, a full-stack developer, and a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Developer on enterprise-scale IT projects.
